Robert C. made our experience as smooth and pleasurable as possible. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in very approachable terms making the whole process less intimidating. They also assisted loading our vehicle onto our auto transport expertly. I could not recommend this location—and Robert specifically—enough!

We had an issue where our previous reservation at another uhaul location when they informed us they did not have the equipment we reserved the day before our move. The West Side Saint Cloud U-Haul was able to retrieve an auto transport for us and hold it. Lifesavers!

Robert did an awesome job on having my rental ready to go. He was a friendly and reassuring presence beginning my moving day. I will definitely return to the location for future moving needs.

The employee that helped me was extremely kind and friendly! Explained the whole process very thoroughly. The trailer did have some damage but he made note of it before i left and I still made it to my destination just fine. The facility was very nice!
