Great customer service and management — reliable

The reservation process was easy to follow. At my pickup, the manager, I think his name was Gianni/Giavanni, was very professional and helpful. He navigated multi-tasking multiple customers check-ins and serviced us with a smile. He was very helpful in directing me to the mobile app for my truck reservation as well as starting my new storage unit rental. I was very pleased and appreciate the hard-working staff at this location. They make your company look great!

Get here well before your reservation as there is little urgency and things move slowly

Use at own risk. Just know if your spouse lands in n hospital 2 states away and you are down to one income and trying to make ends meet and see her in hospital they will harass you every day for 3 weeks, add 2 late charges then lien your belongings. All for $107. I wish life was as easy for all of us as it is for the UHaul managers

I noticed only 1 person was there doing everything. I would say schedule atleast 2 people at all times.
