Always a great experience great customer service when I needed an extension for another day they went out of the way and help me out and I appreciate that

I was able to get everything done in one trip and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. I can’t believe this is the first time I’ve ever gotten a U-Haul before. I will never not move without one ever again. The staff at the West Springfield location was awesome. Cassidy was so lovely and friendly and made me very comfortable as a first time renter
