U-Haul Moving & Storage of West Springfield

Had a problem with the app and the person I talked to at this facility basically accused me of lying about it. It takes a lot for me to be frustrated with customer service workers but this guy told me that they wouldn't make the delivery unless I uploaded photos which I tried to do many times but the app wouldn't let me. Instead of giving me an alternative he just told me to do it and said that all customers can upload photos when they say that they can't. Thankfully someone else gave me an email I could send it to, but this guy should not be working in a customer facing role.
