The staff were awesome. They made it so simple and quick. They are very well trained and were very polite. I felt good when I left the facility because of the way the staff handled me as a customer. It was a stressful morning for me so it was awesome to have people who wanted to help me and were so good at the job they were doing. Extremely professional and very kind to deal with. Thankyou

Arranged my rental online and picked up truck at 380 Union St., West Springfield, MA. Much larger facility than expected. Inside building was organized and clean. Representative was great. Counter service was quick. Finding the truck in the yard took a bit longer than it should have. Rental was affordable.

Very good rental. Vehicle was ready when it was requested (2 months in advance) and the girl at the West Springfield location was very helpful and polite. Will definitely use UHaul again for any moving needs

This tool bag (you know who you are) that was taking in the returns added a bunch of charges onto my rental because he smelled cigarette smoke. It doesn't cost $100 to wipe off the side mirrors or spray an air freshener. Never ever going back to them or recommending them to anybody. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!.
