U-Haul Moving & Storage of West Valley

If I could give 0 stars I would !!! We rented a cargo van for the day and the gal said to use the app at drop off but told me the app may not work but as long as we try we should be good. Dropped the van off 3 minutes after 6:00pm scan the QR code on my paperwork as instructed and it took for ever to download ( as she said it would) and then when i got in no instructions on how to return via app. I called the next morning and they said I never returned the van I told them where it was and she came back and said they are charging me an extra $20.00 because I couldn't return through their app which they said will most likely happen!! Place is total trash!!!!

I had an electrical problem with my U-Haul trailer hitch. The person that looked at it (David?) quickly diagnosed that the issue was with a blown fuse by my battery. He replaced it at no charge and I was on my way in no time.

I had great service, fast and friendly on both the pickup and return. I really appreciate that they didn't take a ton of my time and were very thorough.
