Been using these guys for rental truck needs for years and they're fantastic.
Been using their propane tank refill services also and as much as it's good service my only complaint is I don't 'love' how their notify them of needing propane service is done.
You are informed to stay outside with your tank at the propane station and someone will be out. However, as the customer you don't know if the button is working. There's no sound or indication, let alone if someone inside heard it or not. I've staged out their for 15 -20 mins multiple times and although I can wait if that's what's needed but for my sanity & wanting to still give them props for customer service I wish they'd have some kind of other way to let us customers know that Uhaul knows you're waiting and will be there ASAP

Staff was incredibly nice and we were serviced right away.
