Good place to rent things ?

I have always used this U-Haul location for my truck and trailer needs because I always get good service. Since retiring it has been a long time since I needed a trailer. Today I called and confirmed that they had a trailer available. They placed a hold on it. Twenty minutes later I was there and Jaron Turner, the General Manager, was there to greet me. Once we got the paperwork completed we went to the yard and Jaron helped me get the truck positioned for hook-up. He took care of the trailer hitch and lights, we went through a safety check on the lights and brakes, and I was on my way. Twenty five minutes later I was on my way.

Reserved truck. Showed up to pick truck up and the truck was gone. Unhelpful!

Didn't have the part when we went to our appointment . The person behind the counter had no idea what to do and he was the only there and didn't even know how to give a refund
