I reserved a hitch installation online for this location 9 days prior. They called me on the day of installation to cancel and the store manager was very rude. It was my mistake not to check this location’s reviews. They have so many 1-stars and they totally deserve it.

The staff is absolutely amazing. The general manager and Juan both deserve a raise and recognition for offering exemplary customer service.

Absolutely best U-Haul experience of my life. The team at this U-Haul is amazing, they always go above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this U-Haul above the rest.

My van now has a brake controller and is ready to tow my camper!
