U-Haul Moving & Storage of Westside Erie

I dropped off a car trailer and the two gentleman who helped me unhook it and said they would email me a receipt never checked in so U-Haul charged me an extra $453 on a $36.56 rental. I called and no one was able to help me and the manager never called me back so I ended up having to call corporate to try to get this fixed.

Very friendly, in and out service.

They don’t know how to answer a phone have to talk someone out of store. When that does no good. Have plenty of people working there to have someone answer the phone

I love this location and I love the staff and I'd recommend this to all my friends family and extended. Thank you
