U-Haul Moving & Storage of Westside Erie

I made my reservation for a 10' uhaul and got the confirmation text link. When I picked up the truck there was no 10' available and they had me on for a 15' truck. I was nearly charged the higher price until I said something. When I returned the truck the same night after hours, I was certain to put the gas level where it was with two gallons, as I only put 15 miles on total.
When I recieved the email invoice I was still charged for the gas refill. After calling the customer service resolved that issue with a refund for gas.
Overall the employees I dealt with were friendly and helpful but there were those two issues that I had to address which was a bit inconvenient.

Last weekend we rented something from this location. First off, they had the reservation wrong. They said I reserved the wrong trailer when I know I didn't. On top of that, we had 0 explanation on anything. Come to find out, it was the manager (their name starts with an M) and they acted like it was a total inconvenience that I opened that front door. Manager M was very rude and unprofessional. Equipment was great, after all it is UHaul, but professionalism means everything, hence the two star review.
