U-Haul Moving & Storage of Westside Jacksonville

Rented a trailer online. Walked in and some honkeys were making a scene about paying cash but U-Haul just had one person authorized to run the cash drawer so they were very impatiently waiting until they eventually realized they owned a debit card but the staff was still very kind to them the whole time! Eric helped us and made it a fun and enjoyable experience he was warm and engaging as well as knowledgeable and clearly experienced! There was another gentleman and a lady working there who were also very pleasant overall my best experience ever! Eric is an asset!!!! Despite the weather conditions he had no issue getting down and dirty to get our trailer hitched which I greatly appreciate being 5 months pregnant and no help!

Scheduled a reservation online 3 days before I needed it. Realized the night before that I never got a confirmation call like I normally do saying yes we'll have it or no we won't. I reached to this location and spoke to a lady the evening BEFORE my scheduled day and asked her if there would be a vehicle available. She claimed to look up my account and confirmed saying 'yea just come in and we'll definitely have it'.....LIES!!!!! They skipped my reservation and put me in a bad space. My reservation was for 2p....they called me FOUR HOURS LATER asking if I still wanted it. What makes y'all think I'll wait around for your little ghetto store?? Yea corporate gave me $50 that I'll see in about 5 business days but what about all the time and energy wasted ? I never had this issue with any other locations
