I dropped a one way rental earlier this week and needed another for the return. Unfortunately the price of the one way return was considerably higher on the return. The GM explained the rates are set by corporate and there was not a lot he could do.
We worked through the issue in a professional manner and while I was not completely satisfied I felt as though Jd did all he could and was appreciative of my business.
If I am in the need again, this will be my first stop.

This guy was good and when I told him what happened he reminded me that photos were taken, and they were, at the first Uhaul Center where the trailer was mounted. He had me back up trailer and he got trailer disconnected and he got me on my way quickly.

Excellent customer service! Very pleasant and in and out quickly.
