They will laugh and make jokes between each other at your questions that anywhere else will be considered just as a normal question.

Luckily, this was a drop off point for me and not pick up, so I didn’t have to interact with them too much.

Also, if you’re renting out truck with auto transport, they will NOT help you with securing your vehicle as this location does not have this option.

Apart from that, if you still end up renting trucks and equipments here, I can imagine that you’re mostly likely will have to figure things out on your own there. So watch tutorials and videos or simply choose the other location. My pick up location was in different state, and folks in that U-Haul location are superstars compared to these lazy unprofessionals.

I have rented from here several times now. The app has some glitches but otherwise it has been a good experience.
