Was in a desperate situation while driving home to prescott when I realized I needed a car trailer do to the fact that my car would not stay running. Made a quick call to Matthew at uhaul and asked if he would be willing to stay open a few minutes late so I could rent a car trailer. Even after him being at work from 6 am to 7 pm because one of his guys called out, he still stayed open for me and my family to rent the trailer for my car so we could get it home. Huge shout out to uhaul in Wickenburg. Thanks again Matthew!!!

Made a reservation for a trailer and when I went to pick it up, I was told they had cancelled it because I was there by 2pm. If this place was in a super busy area like Surprise or Glendale, I would understand the possibility of the item I reserved not being available because I was late, but to outright cancel the reservation, that’s pretty bad. Never received an email or text letting me know they cancelled the reservation. As I was leaving I noticed that there several of the trailers like the one I rented parked and ready to go. Uhaul, you lost a customer today.
