U-Haul Moving & Storage of Williamsport

First time Uhaul renter.. Staff was very friendly. Paperwork does not identify him so I don't recall his name. I asked for Paperwork when I went in person and reserved a 10' uhaul to drive to Drexel Hill and was told I would get it when I picked it up. I was hoping to read it prior to getting the vehicle. I asked questions I thought were pertinent and he answered them. However, I was not informed about putting too much gas in. I was just told to return it with the amount it had. I didnt know how much gas a fully loaded 10' uhaul from williamsport to Philly would take so I filled it in case of getting stuck in traffic. It was $75 for 3/4 of a tank, there was 1/4 in it. I didn't even use half a tank and found out they don't reimburse gas when I called.. we had to hurry to get it and load it because it wasn't available first thing in the morning though i said i needed it then, so I didn't read the small print. I learned that lesson. The drop off location was closed on Saturday so I filled out an envelope with my info and put the key in it and put it in the drop box. I got a call Monday afternoon from Ramseys service center asking about the key. They had the truck but not the key. That's a whole other review. Uhaul said it was returned. It would've been nice to be informed by the uhaul employee about over filling the tank and the drop off location being closed.

Terrible customer service.

General manager is as ignorant as they get very poor customer service dont answer the phone when u call no one around when you need loaded or unloaded took 2 hours just to pick up a trailer.
