Steven always has wonderful customer service skills even when the place is very busy he always goes above & beyond & makes people go out the door with a ?. I have been going to this location for the past 10 years & never had an issue or complaint.

Everything went great from start to finish. Mr Banks & Steven did a great job setting everything up and guiding me in the lot for the trailer I rented. I really appreciated their professionalism and friendliness.

It was affordable and accommodating for me. I like the fact that after renting a dolly but forgetting to grab it at the time I grabbed the truck, my money was refunded without a problem and the sales rep was very helpful, respectful and supportive
