U-Haul Moving & Storage of Winona

I sat at my location for 3 hours, that's not a typo 3 hours. It was a mistake by uhaul that e alerted me for a bill I paid over a year ago. The customer service rep was horrid his name is James. I will never ever rent from you again. I've already created a FB post about this.

The reviews prior didn't make this place seem promising, but I was looking for a relatively cheap storage place as a college student, and this was one of the cheaper options that I found online. It was my first time for any service with at uhaul, so using their online services to set up a self-storage went smoothly. When I arrived, the gentleman working at the time was very kind to show me around and assisted me with a key card. Upon ending my rental, I walk in on a different gentleman arguing with another customer, both arguing and cussing at each other. The worker stepped aside to help me complete my check-out, but it just seemed very unprofessional to witness that from both parties. Though I can understand the frustration.

They cheated me two times in the last year out of a uhaul truck I rented a month in advance, and told me the day of pick up it wasn’t available anymore. A recurring problem for many people. Once was not ok, but twice is just bad management.
