Had and excellent experience setting up a storage unit this morning. The young man on duty took care of everything very well. Later he called me to return a $100 bill I fumbled!
Obviously, that made my day.

I was charged for extra rental periods twice on trucks that I returned on time. I brought the keys to the worker at the front desk and asked what else I needed to do to properly return the vehicle. Both times I was told by their employees that I did not need to do anything else for my return, so I left the keys with them. Then they logged it as a late return and billed me for a second full rental period including mileage and dollies, even though the truck was sitting on the lot. They also charged me for gas after I filled the tank to the level it was when I took the truck. Overall, between the two rentals I have been charged $173 over what I fairly owed. I would have been happy to complete any necessary process for returning the vehicles, if those had been made clear to me. However, I was told upon giving the keys back to their employee that I was good to go. There was no mention of any other return process. I called to find a resolution and have been told to wait 3 business days for a manager to reach out to me. If they are wiling to make this right, I am happy to give a better rating, but as it stands, I should not have been charged extra rental periods in the first place. I am very unhappy with the service I received from this UHaul location. Go elsewhere if you can.
