After another uHaul location cancelled last minute, Teal at Cedar Brook discovered the issue and took the initiative to get to the bottom of the mix and up find me a solution asap — all at her own initiative, just to help a stranger. I haven’t had such a wonderful and helpful customer service experience in ages, can’t say thank you enough for turning a logistical horror story into a simple, smooth and stress-free task.
