U-Haul Moving & Storage of Winston Salem

Made a reservation weeks in advance, but the morning of my move, U Haul did not have my truck or keys ready. They sent me to a different location, which also did not have my truck or keys. Two hours later, I finally received what I paid for. I was told to contact Customer Support to file a complaint, but was told, once I called, that there was nothing they could do, and things would not be made right. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for quality customer service.

Very easy checkout of truck. Personnel were very friendly for 730 in the morning. Highly recommend this location!

My move had its challenges but none of it was on the Uhaul side!!!
