The location is convenient, and the staff is helpful. I rented a van for a college move-in. The tire pressure indicator was on, and this should be fixed.

I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS AT THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN…I absentmindedly left a very valuable travel bag behind in one of the trucks, only to be met with piss poor attitude by the manager Nicole, and received little to no assistance on the matter whatsoever! Heaven forbid you leave something behind in they’re truck, Don’t bother trying to get it back…THEY’ll STEAL it!!!!!! Ridiculous

We reserved a truck in Boone weeks in advance and received notification in route that a vehicle was not available. We were in a panic because we were scheduled to pick it up and move in 3 hours. We were directed to Winston a Salem and were able to pivot and pick up a rental there. The customer service rep was really nice and gave us a discount for the inconvenience. What could have been a burden turned out fine, thanks to great customer service. Very thankful for how they handled it.
