U-Haul Moving & Storage of Winston Salem

Made a reservation for a pickup truck for one hour to haul a washing machine and when I get there no truck and the one that I reserved is now at a U-Haul store about 20 minutes away from the store I was at but 45 away from my house so that would have meant I needed it for 2 hours and I didn't, just a way to make me pay more...

I rented trailer at high point location and paid to return trailer to Winston-Salem location and one of the ladies who worked there told me they are too full and I can’t drop the trailer there. She wanted me to take it somewhere else. And I said no that’s not on my contract and I contracted to return trailer here. There was an open space to drop trailer and they would not help unhook the trailer from my truck so I had to do it myself. And she charged my credit card a extra $76
I need that $76 refunded back to my credit card. Her attitude towards me was not acceptable.

Called but they wouldn’t answer the phone, came up here to find two employees scrolling there phones to tell me I couldnt rent a dolly without a truck. Would’ve been nice if you picked up the phone, but congrats, here’s your one star review
