Worst moving truck rental experience ever go somewhere else staff is clueless and rude for no reason.

I had a great experience using a van at this U-Haul location! The staff was friendly and helpful. The van was also brand new and drove like a dream! I will definitely come back to this location in the future! Thank you to the U-Haul team!

I ordered a Pod, they delivered it and I was patient with them since they were training someone new. I did not get a call that they were on the way I just received a 2 hour time frame and they showed up.

It was very frustrating when they picked it up. They showed up 15 mins early without notifying me. Luckily i got home just as it was being loaded as i needed to put the lock on the unit. When i told the employee she was 15 mins early (8:30 am) and I still had time to access and lock up the unit (scheduled to start pick up at at 8:45) she just told me 'its close enough' I did not even receive notice she was in route, she did not notify anyone...

I was shocked that the same person i was patient with when she was training someone was rude to me like that. This happens a lot where the employees are disrespectful regardless of how nice you try to be.
