Juan took care of me on Sunday 9/1/24. He was hustling to keep up with demand and to keep the flow of customers moving. He told me he normally does mechanic work and was thrust into a customer service role for the huge demand on August 31 to early September for moving trucks. The entire staff at this location did a commendable job. Juan should be promoted and/or given a pay increase. He’s a valuable employee, in my opinion.

Gus helped us fix a broken hitch. He was amazingly helpful and friendly. Thank you Gus!

Millie was a joyful person! Everyone was friendly, engaging, and super helpful. The line moved quickly and I was checked in and out smoothly. I give this location my highest recommendation.

Have enough staff so you don't wait an hour in line when I had a reservation. Also clean the van. It was disgusting. Windows we so dirty. Steering wheel was sticky and grimey as well as the entire van. The transmission slips. I just brought it back and waited again in line. Finally a lady comes out said just leave the keys. We will send you an email. Worst service and vehicle ever. I went and rented another from a different company.
