I was charged a fuel fee even though truck was properly fueled when returned. When I called them to correct the error, they put me on hold instead of help. Terrible experience. Just another hassle while we are already handling all of the challenges that come along with moving.

Super friendly and nice staff. Van was ready to go. I haven't used a rental van for quite a while and I really like the newer van- especially the back up camera! Sure could have used that feature when we were moving kiddos to colleges each year! Fairly clean, no odor, comfy seat and fairly easy to drive. I really appreciated the fact that the rental office opened at 7am. Lots of other places I looked into were not open until 9 or 10. Will use this place again!
