Staff, in my opinion was not trained, lacked customer service and overall enthusiasm about their job. Another staff member used inappropriate Forceful language after I was sent into the storage rental space area by myself to look at a unit ‘that was actually locked and couldn’t see it’ and when I returned, I knocked on the door that was also locked and the only way to re-enter the building, she exuded I needed to calm down and not to beat on the door!?! It was just an overall very bad experience in the sales area which also stunk like sweat and dirt. I do understand it’s moving/storage but I’ve visited a few facilities this week and they didn’t smell like this one. The unit I’m renting has ceiling installation falling down in three different areas and They assured me that would be repaired before moving in. I’ll be moving in this weekend in hopes that the repair will be completed. I rented storage from this facility a while back with no issues and had a great experience and hoping this time will be just as pleasant. I’ll re-post my overall experience after a few months.

THE MOVE OUT PROCESS WAS GREAT! I recently moved out of my U-Haul storage unit. The move-out process was quick and friendly. My storage space was an exterior unit and I used the light of day to move out. When I got everything out; I was pleasantly surprised that although some items had been stored for several years, everything was preserved and still in perfect shape. I had no damage from time, like water, insects, or rodents. The pricing did increase over time and no one likes to have to pay more, but overall for the various options to aid in the moving process, the storage service, and quality provided, I would definitely recommend U-Haul for moving and storage needs.

I had a wonderful experience here. There was confusion about my trailer rental because it was from out if town and I wanted to drop it off early. But the team went into action quick and helped me solve my problem. Heather was also another huge reason my situation went smooth. I just explained to her my circumstances and she made sure I was a happy customer. ?
