Overall this is a great place to rent a truck. However, the check-in process is horrible. I rented a truck earlier this summer and it took almost an hour an a half to check in, despite having checked in on line beforehand. They said that was only the first time and next time it would be smoother. This time it took more than 45 minutes. An improvement, sure, but they need to streamline this process.
