My father went to drop off December 14th a trailer to this location and one lady at that location seem to think that it's okay to cuss out my father due to the fact that she kept assuming that the hitch that my parents paid a lot of money to install was theirs when she knew well enough that it wasn't. Very disrespectful and unprofessional I would say honestly. We've used this area for the longest time and this is the first time and I'm pretty angry that she had the nerve to cuss out my father at all. If this is how staff is going to act, we won't be coming back to this location.
