The staff was great to deal with and made sure the items we bought in store were the correct ones we needed. Pickup check was easy on the app and it was a smooth drop off.

Review:
Quick rental process. Clean vehicle. Smooth ride. Brakes felt safe. I ordered/scheduled the truck online. Pickup was at the MAHONING Ave., location. At first I called the 800# customer service. I was asking about a pick up truck rental. The person that got my call said that they have had one truck and it was not available, it was rented out for a week. The way she communicated did not sound right, so that's when I went to the website to schedule and reserved what I needed. If I had listened to the customer service person, who knows when I would have gotten my project done. Skip the 800# customer service line and just make online reservations or go to office in person.
