Asked clerk during rental if I had to turn in at a different location or bring back what to do. Was told to call corporate 800 number. Did. Was told would only be charged .99/mi over allotment if I took it back to same location. Instead, it was converted to a local, and was charged for all mileage. Went back and forth with corporate who simply referred me to the dealer who was the problem. Issuing a stop payment, and going with Penske on future rentals.

Got a bad running box truck. Had to have roadside come get in, sat in my drive 2 days- then road got the vehicle… never moved my stuff. 16 miles on truck.

Then they didn’t even replace the truck, nor did they offer a solution..

But then they tried to bill in a very unethical way! See picture for this great story of awful customer service.

After they took my money and never offered a refund or replacement.
