This U-Haul location is, without a doubt, the worst in the area. I strongly advise against going here. The manager, Amanda, has an incredibly unprofessional attitude and behaves as though she’s entitled to treat customers poorly. Her demeanor is not only disrespectful but also entirely unacceptable for someone in a leadership position. It's disappointing to see someone with such a negative attitude representing the business, as it reflects poorly on the entire establishment. Amanda’s behavior makes it clear she’s unfit for any customer-facing role, let alone as a manager. If you value respectful and professional service, avoid this location at all costs.

They rented us a trailer with a tire worn completely through. Absolute gross negligence. Thank god we caught it before it blew up, killing us on the highway.

They claim that they fill propane tanks everyday, but somehow every time we go to the store, the attendant says that there's nobody to do it and we should come back the next day.

This is just ridiculous and I am not coming back.

This UHaul location is conveniently located, professional, and offers great support. It's always been my first choice for UHaul location. For example on a recent move, my man stefan walked us through the whole process with a lot of helpful advice--even staying past closing to make sure we were all set! great place
