It's always something with this place. Either they don't have the truck i reserved or they quote one price when you make a reservation and then it doubles when you get there, or the they keep your ID and try to tell you that you must have dropped it in the parking lot, or they are just shitty people to work with usually having terrible customer service attitudes. It never fails!

Well I went in and a gentleman helped me he was very polite. When I returned the vehicle through online i was being charged for two rental days. I came back the next day and spoke with Amanda. She told me that it was my job to double check the associates because THEY are human… I asked her well if I’m talking to you about my reservation wouldn’t you change it? She proceeded to state they are human I guess I’m a robot. I need another truck so I asked if she could refund due to their error so that I can pay for another truck. She does. I come back finished with the truck. Mind you I have been moving by myself for the last two days so I’m tired and also hungry. She told me it would be better to check in with them. I come to give her the keys she says to me let me get you checked in. She takes my keys and then she leaves for 15 min! Then comes back out of breathe because the other store associate had to get her. I ask her.. am I all set? Because she comes back sees me still standing here but says absolutely nothing. She tells me yeah I said you were good to go. Never told me I was good to go. From start to finish Amanda has very poor customer service. Very iunclear and responses were “read the highlighted part” if someone wants great customer service and information they should be able to receive it without needing to refer to the highlighted part of their contract that they may or may not be holding. I will honestly just go to a different company or a different location as I was extremely irritated.. I am taking away another star because what everyone is saying about the extra charges, is absolutely true! I said the same thing to Amanda about them and she’s tried to tell me I signed up for $30 insurance and I absolutely did not. It was also something called safe move that I did not sign up for as well. I saw the $15 that I selected for insurance in addition to another $30 I was being charged $60 more dollars. Rather than go back and forth with her as I would get no where I am just going to call customer service or dispute with my bank.
