U-Haul Moving & Storage of Yukon

Would have given zero stars if I could. Yesterday my car broke down, and I had to take it to the Buick dealership, and will take a couple weeks to fix. Being from Arizona, I was essentially stuck out here. With a ride from the generous men at the Buick dealership in Fairweather OK, I went to this U-Haul store to see what my options were since everything else had been falling apart. The owner profiled me as some kind of addict, referred to myself and my friend as sketchy, and refused to rent us the truck to simply take our things to our hotel, essentially leaving us stranded with all of our vacation items on the side of the road. This store had the rudest employees, an even ruder man running the shop, and zero compassion between all of them.

Very Hostile Manager, very aggressive, scared me with his very rude and intimidating approach to me and my vehicle and called me a liar about a situation, called the other party to determine I wasnt lying. No apology. The Maintenance gentleman and another young man who works in the office were very helpful and polite. If it wasn't for them I'd give 1 start.
