U-Haul Moving & Storage on Boca Chica

When I lived in Brownsville I used to come to this uhaul because of one employee with snake bits .. I think his name was Juan ..He was amazing to work with a quick … this new staff they got is horrible… whatever you did to lose him is beyond me … bring him back

Horrible customer service experience in this location by employee Josh and manager Jackie Romero, they don’t have the knowledge to speak correctly and provide important information to clients, also the wait time in this location is terrible.

The truck was very loud and sounded like a lawnmower. The transmission was slipping and wanted to change gears on the highway. Rented the vehicle for 6 hours and price was to expensive for that amount of time. Will never rent from Uhaul again.
