U-Haul Moving & Trailer Hitch Center of Altoona

The truck I rented blew a drive tire. The service people I called got a tow truck to us quickly to change the tire. We did not have to do anything.

I have some hitch work that needs to get done, and they never pick up the phone. If you call, it will automatically forward you to the main U-Haul office who can't give specific details about any location. I'm sure it's annoying to answer phone calls, but the fact that I've tried over several days and different times makes me think that they've just disconnected the phone entirely

All the guys I've spoken to here are very helpful and friendly fellas!

Altoona uhaul sucks they charge me an extra 500$ for damaged that arent there so dont recommend
