Great handling maneuverability

I’ve went through HELL to get this U-Haul. Moving from state to state dealing with different u haul locations. They have no communication with each other. I’m referring to Lancaster pa 17603. Thankfully everything worked out after I got loud and insisted they provide me a truck. They tried to cancel ONE DAY AHEAD MOVING TO ANOTHER STATE. I refused and insisted they provide another truck it was smaller than I booked. So I had to pay for TWO uhauls. I’ll never go through U-Haul again.

This place has a lot of sketchy business practices going on especially at this particular location. my husband and I were scammed by this place in particular. How do you say someone damaged something but is refusing to show the footage. When there are cameras all around the business! Also the vehicle was quickly moved from its original location. That is very suspicious to me. They will do everything they can to blame customers for things that they are responsible for. They look for every way to get over on customers. Very horrible customer service, overall I give this place ZERO stars.

I would not recommend anyone to go there, because I rented a van for four hours and I returned it with no damage. After three days I checked my credit card balance they overcharged me $881.79. When I call them the costumer service yelled at me saying that I returned the car with damaged to the back. I ran to the office asked them for explanation and seeing footage because there is cameras. She refused and said there is nothing I do for you. You did not parked and followed directions on how to return the car. That did not go well with me because I knew I did exactly what I was told. You guys need to be clear on your intentions and be transparent with customers. Stopped pinpointing things on people. I have a they were moving the car to where I initially parked it and they damaged it and blamed on me because they saw I didn’t take a picture after drop it off.
