I had no problems here whatsoever! I didn't get names but both the Clerk and guy inspecting the truck apon turn were quick and friendly. No problems with the vehicle either (which made it's way to PA from the west coast. Giving 5 stars!

Great customer service! I walked in simply to have someone come out and see if the hitch on my vehicle was still OK to tow with as it had a bunch of visible rust. The gentleman helping me was kind enough to crawl underneath my vehicle (in the rain on the wet ground mind you) and check this all out for me and then proceeded to answer more of my questions and seemed very happy to help. I wish I would have gotten his name so I could give him a shout out here. Thanks again!
