I rented a truck here and had a misunderstanding of the pre trip inspection. They never informed me to take pictures of the dashboard. However, luckily my receipt had pretrip mileage on it. When returning the truck, the lady assisting me was confused that my mileage was so high, almost double. She claimed it was my mistake, since I didn't take a picture of the dashboard. You never should blame your customers or accuse them of lying or being unsure. She further proceeded to say that I would be responsible for the cost of their error and that I could not seek out customer support because I would not get help since there was nothing they could do about it. However, that was a lie. And after inspecting my receipt, their was a discrepency with the pretrip mileage on my receipt and the pretrip mileage nunber she was using. This is a shady business practice and customers should be mindful when renting a vehicle from here if you do not want to get over charged.

Cannot suggest any improvements. The staff was working hard to take care of a lot of customers. I saw customers show up at the wrong U-Haul location for their reservation. Another ordered the wrong type of car hauler. The staff worked to address all issues and did so with patience and professionalism. The rental process was easy, the vehicle clean and in great condition, and the return was just as efficient as pickup.

Sorry excuse for employees that work here. Called last minute to get a trailer before closing and was told I would be able to pick it up (took my card number and everything) and then when I got there I was denied access to the trailer I reserved. Had to beat on the glass just to get someone’s attention. Why would you tell me that I could come get a trailer if you knew your systems shut off at 7pm. Now I have to waste a night here because I was screwed over by them. Go anywhere else but here, employees could care less

Trying to charge me for a plastic bed protector. Ridiculous. I will never rent from you guys again or refer your company with such poor customer service
