The staff at your Redlands, CA location has consistently provided outstanding support.However, I would like to bring to your attention an issue I've been experiencing with your mobile app over the past two weeks. Unfortunately, the app has not been functioning properly; it either fails to receive SMS messages or displays an error code directly on the screen. I have found that the only way to manage my rentals is through a web browser.I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope the issue can be resolved soon. Despite this inconvenience, I remain a satisfied customer and look forward to continuing to use your services.

The staff here was pretty amazing. It was busy at 7am on a Saturday but the staff had it under control and the whole process from pickup to return was smooth.

General manager Breanna was awesome. She went above and beyond to help me out in a urgent situation. Really really appreciate you guys. Also there hitch pro tech did a amazing job. Highly would recommend
