This place is big ripp off. I rented $19.95 rate&returned few hours later, drove 77 miles total, charged196.95 ridiculous. The lady did not go over the contract and was in hurry to handle another custemer. Do not go to this place. I be calling BBB to report.Dishonest.

Overall a great experience. They just need to work on the app. Took me 30 mins to do a return after hours..had to call customer support for help. Other than that it was great. The truck was nice, the lady at the counter was super super nice and the pricing was very affordable. So yeah fix the AP ASAP !!!

The Returning process took some time because there are not enough people working in the office. The girl who processes returns was busy outside with the return trucks and there were many trucks being returned at the time I was there. So, I waited inside for almost 30 minutes. I think you need someone at ALL times in the office because there was a line of people waiting and were upset about the wait. Otherwise, I really like this area where this Uhaul is. It is my go-to Uhaul. Thank you, Debbie W.

Very easy and friendly staff

Absolute garbage place, came to get propane and had to wait 30 minutes for someone to come help when I had been inside asking for assistance. If you have anything else remotely close just go elsewhere, they have de audacity to give you attitude when you ask for help.
