Excellent service, friendly staff on site.

Great customer service. I have dropped off uhaul trucks to them without issue. Most recently, I needed an appliance dolly and was able to get one quick and easy with super fast service.

We were in quite a fix after our personal (not U-Haul) trailer broke its tongue, but the staff here was indifferent, unknowledgeable and generally unhelpful. All we needed was a quick rental to help us get our products to a trade show, but it was like pulling teeth with them every step of the way.

On return, Anthony was very friendly and professional. He made up for an otherwise abysmal experience. The only star is for him.
