After another location couldn't complete my hitch installation due to missing pre-drilled holes, this location was able to help me out. Then when the wiring kit for that hitch wouldn't work for my car, Scott (the GM I believe) went above and beyond to get the correct wiring kit from another location, and get it installed all before my move in a couple of weeks.
THANK YOU SCOTT. Sorry my car was such a pain.
