I just called to ask couple of questions and I don’t know what this guy is going through but he was very rude and mumbling on everything he says I could barely hear him like he doesn’t want to pick up the phone.

I am very satisfied with the service Mr. Hernandez gave me and my mom. He went above and beyond his call of duty and for that we are grateful and would definitely do business with this location again. ?

We rented a uhual truck to move from la puente to San Bernardino. When we drove uhual to la puente the battery died. It took 2 hours to get it started. When drove from la puente to San Bernardino and was about the go home, the uhual didn't start. Had to wait 3 hours to try to get uhual started. We found out the alternative or starter didn't work. We found out they dont check the conditions of the uhual before they gave you a uhual to rent. This location gave us a uhual that didn't work. Oliver called my wife early morning yelling at her about where is the uhual truck 3 days after it was supposed to be towed. The manager was really to my wife. I am going find out ways to make sure no one have to bad experience we had at this uhual location person name
