hired movers through their site who never came or answered their phone. why is U haul providing cover for scammers?
Truck super old and difficult to drive.
overcharged me a small amount ($4) for no reason at all.

Availability of the vehicles we needed and super quick in and out.

Excellent customer service. Whether you are the first customer waiting outside before they open, or the last to drop off... I have seen smiles on their faces and very cheerful attitudes. Never complaining to go the extra step, nor take the time to make sure you are completely satisfied and understand your rental choices. I highly recommend U-haul of Ballwin for your next moving truck rental.
