Quick, friendly service for propane tank refills. Refill is ~4.5 lb of liquid propane vs 3.1 lb with a tank exchange. I always get 2 tanks at a time, and the best competing price for refills is currently $19/tank. This is like getting 3 tanks for the price of 2, with quick, friendly service to boot! And it's closer to home than the place I was going to find LP gas for less than $20/tank.

I saw plenty of negative reviews about this location before deciding to see for myself. It looks like they've successfully addressed their customer service issues!

I just used UHaul Ballwin to install a receptacle for my bike rack. They asked me to have my car there at 8:30 am, for a scheduled appointment for install at 11:30. No problem, got there at 8:30 and they started working on my car immediately. During the install process, they inadvertently damaged my bike rack, could have said the problem was mine, but instead they offered to install a new bike rack at no charge to me! There are Good Samaritans in this world, and they work at U-Haul Ballwin! Couldn’t be happier.

Really, really bad experience today! I’ve been getting propane tanks refilled at this location for 10+ years but will never be back!

Waited 15 minutes, manager insulted me, left with an empty tank and her card. This won’t stand!
