U-Haul of Ballwin

The truck I rented should have had a back-up (rear view) camera/mirror. It is a wonderful device and useful for us non-truck drivers. I failed to check for it when picking the truck as it was anticipated from my last rental from the same location. Otherwise, everything was as expected and the service was excellent.

Place was clean, truck was clean and ready to go, no issues. They had some minor techincal issues with their intake system, but were quickly resolved. Return was fast and easy.

Huge props to Devin in regard to his friendly nature, knowledge of the product, and overall professionalism. He helped us from A-Z and I will strictly use this location from here on out. 5 Star Experience.
