The representative didn’t explain that the 60 moving blankets on the order would have to be “rented” for the duration my items were in storage. I’m a single mom and had to take a job with a huge pay cut. I paid to move my family and now find out that I’m going to have to “rent blankets” for $2050. Absolutely ridiculous and a ripoff. No one ever disclosed this while they were renting me a truck and 2 storage units. Don’t you have a responsibility to your customers to disclose “all” charges? If I would have know this I would have been more than happy to spend a few hundred dollars on blankets from Walmart or Amazon.
