Although this U-Haul location was severely understaffed. Brandon the general manager was a blessing in disguise. He was able to help multiple customers at an impressive pace with a positive attitude and process our pick up swiftly. He was very knowledgeable about their website/app which provided me with every option available. I would recommend renting from this location as he operates with integrity and his kindness was unmatched.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had renting a vehicle. Called a week in advance but once I arrived, they had to have someone call and verify our contact information four times over an hour. The employees were rude and unhelpful; they had us go to the back of the long line every time that the customer service line would call us. After an hour and a half we left to rent somewhere else. Awful experience on such an already hectic day.

Andrew was amazing in efficiently and courteously organizing a last-minute walk-in rental for me. Truly superlative customer service.

I appreciated Angel who set me up with the proper equipment and truck. I was grateful to Alexander who guided me as I retired the truck and promptly delivered a receipt to my e-mail.
