I have used the services of this location many times over the past 10 years or so. I’ve seen it at its best and at its worst. I see a lot of reviews just outright trashing this place. So I figured I’d share my two cents to give a little more clarity on what this location is like.

For those visiting this location for the first time, it may seem like a chaotic environment at times; because, it is. This place stays so busy all year long. And the staff is constantly on the move trying to help all the customers coming through. So, sometimes you might have to wait in line for a long time at the front desk. But that’s not the fault of the staff. They are always hustling. They can’t help you at the desk until they finish helping people who were there before you.

Another aspect to this location is that it is a tiny piece of real estate that can barely hold all the trucks and moving parts of this business. Somehow, they make it work though. Parking is very limited on site. Most people have to park across the street and walk over to get their truck. Also, pulling out of this location with a big truck can sometimes be stressful with all of the oncoming traffic on the often very busy road. Would things be less stressful if they had a different location with a lot more space? Of course. I mean, that would be ideal. But, staff have no control over this factor.

I’ve seen a handful of staff members over the years act very unmotivated to help customers. I’ve also seen impatient and entitled customers screaming and shouting at the staff as if the staff members were personally out to ruin the customer’s day. You see the best and the worst of people in these types of environments. Moving is very stressful. But, I can tell you from my experience; most of the time the staff members at this location are always trying to be helpful. Even when it’s chaotic, they try their best to get you in and out. Over the years, I’ve run into my own handful of issues with the rental process; and they were always accommodating. I’ve never dealt with any of the staff being hostile. The few times I’ve seen staff not being at their best, the manager over there William Howard is all over it. He’s the manager, but he’s the hardest working dude over there. He runs a tight ship. If you ever have any issues, all you, Gotta do is hit him up and he will make it right.

The staff was SO professional, courteous, and ensure the customers were priority #1!! They rolled out the red carpet for their customers. I look forward to doing more business with this location!

I picked it up with 1/4 tank and they put it at 3/8 without me knowing it. Complete fraudulent group. Don’t pick up from these jokers.
